How Does U.S. Public Adjuster
Compensation Work?
I offer a NO commitment — NO obligation estimate review and claim inspection.
In other words, I only get paid if I can get you a higher settlement on your insurance claim.
My fee structure is the lesser of: 10 percent of the claim, or 50% of the additional amount received over the original estimate.
Example 1:
Settlement: $46,000
Original estimate: $32,000
Additional amount received: $12,000
Fee: The lesser of 50% ($6,000) or 10% of claim ($4,600)
U.S. Public Adjuster Fee: $4600
Example 2:
Settlement: $41,000
Original estimate: $37,000
Additional amount received: $4,000
Fee: The lesser of 50% ($2,000) or 10% of claim ($4,100)
U.S. Public Adjuster Fee: $2,000

“Discovered an Additional $7,300 in Damages”
We cannot share with you enough our joy and complete satisfaction with the results of your recent assessment and our insurance company’s additional payout for the water damage we suffered at our home.
You spent the time to look at both the obvious as well as items that our General Contractor and Insurance Estimator overlooked in the evaluation. I was pleasantly and literally shocked when you shared that you discovered an additional $7,300 in damages.
Again, we thank you, and we will share your information to friends and acquittances that we know!
